Key Changes

Following the return of physical valuations, there are signs that activity within the purchase market is increasing.To further support the recovery, we are pleased to confirm the following product changes:

  • Introducing reduced rate and new 60% and 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed rates, available for loans up to £5m
  • Introducing competitive new Help to Buy products to complement our existing offering
  • Introducing a new Buy to Let Portfolio Landlord* 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed product.

Product Change Highlights:

  • Reduced Residential 1.18% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 60% LTV,  Loans £5k – £5m – reducing to 1.14% (Purchase only)
  • New Residential 1.75% 5 Year Fixed, £0 fee, 75% LTV, Loans £5k – £5m (Purchase only)
  • New Buy to Let Portfolio Landlord* – 2.11% 2 Year Fixed, £1,795  fee, 75% LTV, Loans £35k – £1m  (Purchase and Remortgage)

*Please be advised we will only accept applications from portfolio landlords on our portfolio landlord products. As per the PRA definition, portfolio landlords are those with four mortgaged rental properties or more across all lenders.
