These changes are effective tomorrow, Tuesday 19th February, and include competitive reductions to rates across our fixed rate range including to our £1000 cashback 95% LTV 5 year fixed.

  • 3.65% 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, £1000 cashback,95% LTV, Min £50k, Max £400k will decrease to 3.59%
