Please be advised that with effect from 1 September 2016 our mortgage rates for Barclays and Woolwich customers are as follows:

With effect from 4 August 2016, the Barclays Bank Base Rate (BBBR) will be reduced from 0.50% to 0.25%, which will impact the Pound Sterling mortgage rates linked to this rate.

We will write to all customers to provide them with notification in advance of any rate change affecting their monthly mortgage payments.
