We are pleased to confirm we are making a number of positive changes to our Residential product range(s) with new products launching tomorrow, Thursday 24th August.

Key Highlights:

  • Introducing a new 1.49% Great Escape Remortgage 2 Year Fixed rate available at 60% LTV for loans from £50k to £500k
  • Introducing a new 1.59% Remortgage 2 Year Fixed rate available at 75% LTV for loans up to £500k
  • Reducing rates on selected Remortgage and Purchase 2 year Fixed products, with 60% LTV rates available from 1.14%
  • Clients with an existing Barclays mortgage can also take advantage of these rate reductions and further benefit from discounted fees in our Reward range
