  • Introducing a 1.09% 2 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans from £5k to £500k for purchase and remortgage
  • Introducing a 1.45% 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans from £5k to £500k for purchase and remortgage
  • Introducing a 1.25% 2 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 80% LTV for loans from £5k to £500k for purchase and remortgage
  • Introducing a BBBR+ 1.10% 2 Year Tracker, £0 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans from £5k to £500k for purchase and remortgage
  • Introducing a 1.09% 2 Year Fixed, £899 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans from £5k to £2m for existing customers rate switching or doing a further advance
