We are delighted to confirm a number of changes across our Residential range(s) effective tomorrow, Thursday 4th January.

These changes include the launch of a new attractive 50% LTV 2 Year Fixed rate plus competitive rate reductions across a number of our existing higher LTV Purchase, Remortgage and Help to Buy products.

Key launch Highlights:

  • New: 1.28% 2 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 50% LTV for loans up to £2m – available for Purchase and Remortgage.
  • Reduced: 1.65% 2 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 85% LTV for loans up to £2m – available for Purchase and Remortgage.
  • Reduced: 1.85% 5 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans up to £2m – available for Purchase and Remortgage.
  • Reduced: 2.18% 5 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 85% LTV for loans up to £2m – available for Purchase and Remortgage.

Other Key changes:

Refreshing the end dates on all our fixed rate products to 30th April

  • 2.09% 3 Year Fixed, 75% LTV, £0 fee (min loan £5k, max loan £500k) – increased by 10bps
  • 2.19% 3 Year Fixed, 85% LTV, £0 fee (min loan £5k, max loan £500k) – increased by 10bps

Help to Buy – Equity Loan Scheme

  • 1.57% 2 Year Fixed, 75% LTV, £749 fee (min loan £25k, max loan £450k) – increased by 8bps

EMC Reward Range (Rate Switch & Further Advance)

  • 1.83% 1 Year Fixed, 75% LTV, £0 fee (min loan £5k, max loan £2m) – increased by 9bps
  • 1.48% 2 Year Fixed, 70% LTV, £1999 fee (min loan £2m, max loan £10m) – increased by 5bps
  • 1.50% 2 Year Fixed, 75% LTV, £899 fee (min loan £5k, max loan £2m) – increased by 7bps
  • 1.55% 2 Year Fixed, 85% LTV, £899 fee (min loan £5k, max loan £2m) – increased by 5bps
  • 2.05% 3 Year Fixed, 75% LTV, £0 fee (min loan £5k, max loan £2m) – increased by 6bps
  • 2.15% 3 Year Fixed, 85% LTV, £0 fee (min loan £5k, max loan £2m) – increased by 6bps
  • 2.29% 4 Year Fixed, 75% LTV, £0 fee (min loan £5k, max loan £2m) – increased by 20bps

EMC Reward Range (Homemover Reward

  • 1.99% 5 Year Fixed, 75% LTV, £899 fee (min loan £5k, max loan £2m) – increased by 4bps

Buy to Let – Reward Range (Rate Switch and Further Advance)

  • 2.17% 5 Year Fixed, 65% LTV, £1800 fee (min loan £5k, max loan £1m) – increased by 5bps

We are also reducing rates on a number of other products across our Residential and Reward ranges.
