- We are launching four new fee-free purchase only products @ both 75% and 80% LTVs, with £250 cashback and free valuations.
Fee-free BTL products
- Aspirational landlords can benefit from two new fee-free BTL products, which includes our 2.59% 2 Year Fixed @ 65% LTV.
Best-ever 5 Year Fixed
- We are launching our best-ever 5 Year Fixed product for Purchase and Remortgage for Premier clients, priced at 1.83% @ 70% LTV;
- Core customers will also benefit with a reduction in rate (-10bps) and fee (-£500) to our 5 Year Fixed 1.89% @ 60% LTV;
- Existing mortgage customers are rewarded too, with our 1.83% 5 Year Fixed extended to 80% LTV in our Reward range, exclusively available for rate switch or further advance.
