We are making a number of changes across our Residential and Buy to Let product range(s) effective tomorrow, Friday 24th November.
These changes include the launch of some competitive purchase products designed to support your high LTV and first time buyer customers who are looking to purchase a home in early 2018.

We are launching the following:
• New 3.64% 2 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 95% LTV for loans up to £500k
• New 3.84% 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, available up to 95% LTV for loans up to £500k
• New 4.74% 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, available up to 95% LTV for loans up to £500k
• Reduced 4.54% 5 Year Fixed, £499 product fee, available up to 95% LTV for loans up to £500k
