The below spells out all new products that are being launched, all products which are being withdrawn and not replaced and all that are increasing rates.

We are launching the following:

  • Purchase & Remortgage: 1.79% 5 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans up to £2m
  • Purchase & Remortgage: 1.64% 3 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans up to £1m available for both purchase and remortgage
  • Rate Switch & Further Advance: 1.59% 3 Year Fixed Reward, £899 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans up to £2m
  • Rate Switch & Further Advance: 1.95% 4 Year Fixed Reward, £899 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans up to £2m

 

Other Key changes:

  • Introducing new Scotland Only 85% and 90% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates which are available solely for properties purchased in Scotland.
  • Removing all Trinity and Woolwich Traditional products from our Purchase & Remortgage range. Please view the attached FAQ guide on which products to use moving forward.
  • Refreshing the end dates on all our fixed rate products to 31st January

The withdrawal process is detailed below:

Products will be withdrawn/last KFI/ last case booking: Tuesday 24th October, 2017

  • New products will be available: Wednesday 25th October, 2017
  • Last applications: Thursday 2nd November, 2017
