Please be advised we have made further changes across our Residential Purchase and Remortgage ranges

The changes fully detailed below are in response to a continuation of strong demand within the market and will help to ensure we provide you and your clients a consistent level of service. Please note that the last date to generate a Mortgage Information Sheet (MIS) and select and save the existing products within our new lending application services is today, Monday 10th August.

Importantly, for cases where the existing product is selected and saved today, you will then have until Wednesday 19th August to submit the application.  We trust this gives you the necessary time to fully package these applications prior to submission, which in turn will help us assess your cases upon initial underwriter review and promptly progress your clients’ application.

What are the changes?

Residential
Purchase only

  • 1.70% 2 Year Fixed, £0 fee, 75% LTV, £5k – £5m, will increase to 1.85%
  • 1.95% 5 Year Fixed, £0 fee, 75% LTV, £5k – £5m, will increase to 1.99%
  • 2.64% 5 Year Fixed, £0 fee, 85% LTV, £5k – £2m, will increase to 2.79%

Purchase and Remortgage

  • 1.53% 2 Year Tracker, £999 fee, 75% LTV, £5k – £2m, will increase to 1.67%
  • 1.67% 2 Year Tracker, £999 fee, 80% LTV, £5k – £2m, will increase to 1.75%
  • 1.85% 2 Year Fixed, £999  fee, 80% LTV, £5k – £2m, will increase to 1.95%
  • 2.15% 5 Year Fixed, £999  fee, 80% LTV, £5k – £2m, will increase to 2.25%

Remortgage only

  • 1.58% Great Escape™ 2 Year Fixed, £0 fee, 60% LTV, £50k – £1m, will increase to 1.67%
  • 2.15% Great Escape™ 5 Year Fixed, £0 fee, 85% LTV, £50k –  £1m, will increase to 2.35%
