It’s a common misconception that our clients have to run marathons or live in the gym to make the most of their Vitality policy. In fact, we reward our clients for the activities they do that make them an Everyday Athlete – however they choose to get active. Making positive changes can be about doing more of the little things that keep your clients healthy, like walking to the bus stop or taking the stairs instead of the lift.

And our research shows that it works too! We found that previously sedentary members who increased their activity levels to the Government recommended 150 minutes a week saw their life expectancy boosted by more than three years* (3.1 years).

Vitality isn’t just for fit and healthy clients either, being an Everyday Athlete means doing just a little bit each day. So your conversations with clients no longer need to be about what happens when things go wrong – now you can talk about the nice things too.
