Our bubbly TBDM, Shelley Harmer, was asked to give her thoughts around how she is helping brokers in her daily calls.

‘At this tough time it’s actually great to be there for our agents, giving tips and tricks on how to make insurance work for them. Whether it’s reminding them to contact their existing clients to see where they can support them, or looking into areas of insurance like commercial that they haven’t touched before . Or even just letting them know how we can take the pressure off by having them refer clients to us for their insurance needs.

Sometimes it can just be having a good chat with someone so that they can hear a voice that doesn’t belong to the dogs or kids and for them to know that they have a friend at BA’
