BM Solutions Online – keying applicant personal details
On Monday 9 May, we will be making some changes to BM Solutions Online which will make it easier for you to amend the customer’s personal details that have been keyed.
The fields under ‘Personal Details’ (Title, Forename, Middle names, Surname and Date of birth) will no longer be ‘read only’ once a Decision in Principle is submitted. This means if the details are incorrect / incomplete these fields can be amended to re-run the Decision in Principle decision or changed when converting to a full application, and there will no longer be the need to rekey the Decision in Principle. These fields will be amendable on all applications from Monday 9 May, even for applications that were originally keyed before this date.
A Contact Form should no longer be completed to request any changes to these fields after a full application has been submitted and you should make these changes online.
Please follow the instructions here for how to change the order of the applicants or add / remove an applicant. It remains very important that all customer personal details fields are completed correctly, and the correct contact details are provided for each customer.
