As we continue to move from “The One Minute Mortgage” to “BM Solutions Online”, we are introducing deadlines for latest submission and completion dates for product transfers and further advances.

Product transfers

  • You can submit product transfers via the “One Minute Mortgage” up until 8pm on Friday 3 September;
  • The latest available product transfer effective date (the date the new product starts) is Friday 3 September;
  • From Wednesday 15 September product transfer applications can be submitted via “BM Solutions Online” and the first effective date will be Friday 1 October;
  • Between Friday 3 September and Wednesday 15 September product transfers will be unavailable.

Reminder – on “The One Minute Mortgage” you can key product transfers 90 days prior to the end of the existing product with an effective date of up to 60 days prior to the end of the existing product with no early repayment charges payable.

Further advances

  • You can submit further advances via the “One Minute Mortgage” up until 8pm on Sunday 1 August;
  • All further advances must complete by Tuesday 24 August;
  • We will be unable to extend offers beyond 24 August;
  • We will not be able to accept further advance applications after Sunday 1 August until further notice. Please do not contact us, we will advise you as soon as possible when we will start accepting further advance applications again.
