In 2017 we paid 92.4% of all claims! During the year, the main reason for claims were:
- Orthopaedics (musculoskeletal conditions) – 44% of paid claims
- Viral illness/ respiratory – 16% of paid claims
- Mental Health- 11% of paid claims
