The launch of Buckinghamshire Building Society’s Broker Online system is an important step in their commitment to building a strong intermediary business and delivering an excellent service.

Tim Vigeon Head of Lending  “After testing the system with a panel of brokers we have now opened it to all our intermediaries. We developed this system with brokers in mind and we are sure they will find it quicker and easier to register and submit an application to us”.

He added: “We will of course still be offering the same service with direct access to underwriters. Intermediaries should continue to contact us about cases and DIPs or any other questions.”
