In this category, two products will be available across England & Wales:

3.30% 3 year discount
3.79% fixed till 2024
both with a £350 arrangement fee.

There are options ranging from 25% LTV to 75% LTV with a loan to share of up to 95%.

Our flexible and bespoke approach to underwriting allows us to evaluate cases on an individual basis and with no maximum age limit, we can ensure this product has mass-appeal. We are unable to lend above 6 floors.
