• Key points to remember about our Cash Plan:
    • Its Community rated, not group rated.
    • Minimum Group Size 2 Employees
    • No Qualifying Period.
    • Up to four Children can be covered – The child’s allowance is Not shared with the main member, each child is allowed their own pot.
    • Positive Health (main member only) access to our online health assessment.
    • It’s a rolling renewal
    • New joiners can be added at any time but can only start on the 1st of a given month if submitted prior to the 15th of that month. If submitted after 15th will be set up 1st of the following month.
    • Commission 10% initial and 10% on the anniversary

 

  • Switching to BupaPlease note that no usage report is required from the existing provider and if you request a company quote for a Cash Plan that the normal route should be followed (via you Account Manager at Bupa).
  • Claiming (How to and how fast) – There are two ways to claim. An average of 3-5 working days is the norm for a claim to be processed.

    • Post – You can claim by post by sending a claim form and all supporting receipts and documents to: Cash plan claims, Bupa, Bupa Place, 102 The Quays, Salford M50 3SP
