BBY Base Rate Reduction

As you may have already noticed, we have reviewed our base rates and implemented a price reduction for all BBY policies – for all underwriting types except XGS non-favourable risk – with a start date on or after 1st May 2019 so, again, the opportunity this presents is huge and, although price isn’t the only factor, we’re hoping it will help you strike the right balance between cover and value for your clients with Bupa.

 

BFHI Offer

The Bupa Fundamentals Health Insurance Policies 2 months free offer is still live until 22nd June 2019.

The offer will be applied to all FMU, Mori and Switch quotes produced from 23rd April until 22nd June 2019 (inclusive) and months 11 and 12 will be free of charge. If the customer pays annually in advance, the price of the policy will be based on 10 months’ premium.

Two months’ free for new Bupa Fundamental Health Insurance customers

We’re offering two months’ free cover for new Bupa Fundamental Health Insurance customers. This offer is available for all available underwriting options (Full Medical Underwriting, Moratorium and Switch Underwriting).
Offer details
This offer will be automatically applied to all eligible policies that are quoted between 23rd April 2019 and 22nd June 2019 (quotes valid for 14 days). The offer is inclusive and is applied in months 11 and 12 of cover. If the customer pays first year subscriptions upfront, the price of the policy will be for 10 months. The offer only applies in the first year of cover.

1. In addition to these terms and conditions, the terms set out in the Bupa Fundamental Health Insurance (BFHI) Membership guide and your membership certificate will apply to your policy.2. This offer is available to UK residents aged 18 and over who purchase a new consumer BFHI health insurance policy from Bupa through an intermediary.

3. The offer is not available on any other Bupa products or services.  The offer is not available to customers switching from a Bupa company health insurance policy or for existing members transferring from a different health insurance policy, unless the customer is re-underwritten onto a new BHFI policy.

4. This offer is available only for new BFHI health insurance policies for which a quote is provided between 00.01 on 23rd April 2019 and midnight on 22nd June 2019 on a full underwriting, moratorium or switch basis. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

5. The two free months of cover will be applied to months eleven and twelve of the first year of your new BFHI policy. If you pay for the first year of subscriptions upfront, you will be charged for 10 months’ subscriptions. Please note this offer will not apply in any subsequent years.

6. Bupa reserves the right to decline to offer a health insurance policy in its absolute discretion, and Bupa’s decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final.

7. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer except the family and couples saving.
8. This offer applies to any dependants on the same policy provided they are added to the new BFHI policy prior to or on the date of the start date of the policy. Dependants who are added to the policy after the start date are not eligible for this offer.
9. Bupa reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.

10. The offer has no cash value or alternative and the discount is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
