Bupa are launching a profession specific discount for Medical Doctors and Dentist from Monday 9th July 2018.

Doctors and Dentist will be eligible to a 15% discount on Bupa By You Core PMI package (not including add on’s). This is available on FMU and Moratorium underwriting.

To be eligible for the offer your client will need to be registered with The General Medical Council (GMC) or General Dental Council (GDC). Please find full T&C’s attached.

 

Obtaining a quote – If your customer is registered with the GMC or GDC

  1. Create the quote on the Bupa Intermediary portal (there is currently no option for doctor or dentist in the profession field).
  2. To get the discounted quote ring the Intermediary support team on 0800 33 2000 option 2 who will put you through to a dedicated Sales team or arrange a call back. Alternatively email your BBY quote reference along with the clients full address, and confirm same level of cover is required.
  3. The Sales team will ask you for the BBY quote reference number; confirm member name and the customer’s full postal address.
  4. The Quote will then be email you with the Terms & Conditions.

 

To purchase the quote –

  1. Save the discounted quotes as PDF and upload to the purchased quote or email to Emailapps@bupa.com with Quote reference in the subject line of the email.
  2. Upload the GMC or GDC number as a PDF or email to Emailapps@bupa.com with Quote reference in the subject line of the email.
