Our latest Health Insights campaign looks at how to build health and wellbeing in the workplace — and spotlights the science of Behavioural Insights, which is helping organisations identify effective strategies to embed resilience.
Having proactive policies to support health and wellbeing in the workplace builds and reduces the risk of staff developing chronic conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.¹ And we know that lifestyle strategies such a healthy diet and regular exercise will head off many health problems.
