Procuration Fees

I am writing to inform you that, with effect from Tuesday 01 August 2017, we will be revising our network procuration fee for first charge products from 1.5% to 1.25%.

All bridging (Flex 3) and second charge products will remain at 1.5%.

All applications made prior to this date will be processed on our current procuration fee scale.
