We would like to update you on some amendments to our LTVs and product range. We have made the following changes:

  • IS767 – Reduce LTV to 65%
  • IS769 – Reduce LTV to 65%
  • IS771 – Reduce LTV to 65%
  • IS773 – Reduce LTV to 65%
  • IS785 – Reduce LTV to 65%
  • IS788 – Remove
  • IS789 – Remove
  • IS804 – Reduce LTV to 65%
  • IS805 – Reduce LTV to 65%
  • IS806 – Reduce LTV to 65%
  • IS807 – Reduce LTV to 65%
  • IS808 – Reduce LTV to 65%
  • IS809 – Reduce LTV to 65%
  • IS810 – Remove
  • IS812 – Remove
  • SVR1 – Reduce LTV to 65%

There were no changes to products IS814, IS815 and IS819.

We have had to reduce our maximum LTV to 65% (up to 85% available in the PR postcode) but we anticipate that this will be a temporary change and are hoping to increase the products back up to their usual LTV on the 1st September. We will be in touch towards the end of the month to confirm this.
