It’s almost that most wonderful time of the year again. So we’d like to take this opportunity to wish you a very Happy Christmas and thank you for all of your support throughout 2016.
And, as it is the season of good will, we’d just like to remind you about the 125 Foundation. We set this up to provide extra support to our Members and the causes they care about.
However, we can only offer the support if we know about these ‘good causes’. That’s why we’re asking if you would pass on the message to your clients that hold a Cirencester Friendly contract or perhaps even recommend one of our Members yourself.
In the meantime, we hope you have a very Happy Christmas and we look forward to working with you again in 2017.
A little bit about the 125 Foundation
Launched last December, to celebrate our 125th anniversary, the Foundation provides extra financial support to Members and their communities. There are two types of awards that you can recommend our Members for: Individual Awards for people going through hardship and Half Yearly Community Awards supporting local projects and good causes
Rethink Mental Illness – We’ve raised £5,513.68!
As a Friendly Society, we also like to spread good will to charitable organisations close to our hearts. This year, our chosen charity was Rethink Mental Illness – which helps millions affected by mental illness by challenging attitudes and changing lives. Mental health is still one of the top reasons Members make a claim, so it’s good to be able to help in any way we can.

If your customers get a little carried away, they’ll be glad they chose the additional reassurance of My Extra Benefits.
