We have listened to feedback given to us from firms and advisers, and have revised our process for issuing client contract packs for our My Earnings Insurance contract.

For those applications submitted via our online system, we will be issuing the contract packs to your clients electronically via email. A copy of the letter and post-sale illustration will also be emailed to the adviser concerned.

• Please take care when entering the email addresses on the online submission form.
• Any paper applications submitted via post, fax or email, will remain with the current paper contract pack system.
