We are delighted to announce that in this year’s COVER Customer Care Awards, our very own Victoria Clark, Marketing Assistant was awarded ‘Young Insurance Person of the Year’ and Jo Green in the Customer Care Team won ‘Outstanding Customer Care Individual’.
