Back-office systems update reminder

  1. From 5pm Tuesday 24 November 2020, we temporarily ceased processing applications. We’ll recommence processing of applications on 30 November 2020.

Commission

The My Earnings Protected commission run for this week will be processed on Thursday 26 November 2020, instead of Tuesday 24 November 2020.  This is to try and capture as much new business as possible, before the back-office system update.

This means that the next main My Earnings Protected commission run will be Tuesday 8 December 2020.

Commission Payment Changes from December 2020

  1. Income Assured commission will be paid weekly rather than bi-monthly.
  2. My Extra Benefits commission will be paid at the same time as the initial income protection contract commission.

My Earnings Protected commission will continue to be paid weekly.

Renewal Commission Update

Income Assured, previously paid annually in arrears, will now be paid on a month to month basis. This will also apply to My Earnings Insurance contracts. We will endeavour to pay any renewal commission accrued for 2020 in January 2021.
