On Monday October 17 we will launch four new mortgages for professionals, which benefit from:
- No arrangement fee
- Free valuation on a purchase
- Free valuation and standard legal fees on a remortgage
Free valuations are available on properties worth £2m,or less. Optima Legal Services will charge a funds transfer fee of £42 to applicants who use the switching package.
Our mortgages for professionals are available for loans between £80k and £500k and up to 90% LTV where one or more of the applicants are fully qualified and employed in the following occupations:
Accountants, architects, barristers, chartered surveyors, dentists, engineers, medical doctors, nurses, optometrists, pharmacists, pilots, police officers, solicitors, teachers and vets.
All loans are subject to status and applicants must be aged 18 or over. Security is required. Not available for business purposes.
Residential 2 year fixed rate products
- 85% LTV fee offer (max £500k) with a rate of 1.99%
- 90% LTV fee offer (max £500k) with a rate of 2.49%
Residential 5 year fixed rate products
- 85% LTV fee offer (max £500k) with a rate of 2.69%
- 90% LTV fee offer (max £500k) with a rate of 3.19%
