On Tuesday 20 October, we launched a wider range of mortgage products for new customers.

Summary of changes

New products:
• 80% LTV Fee Offer 2 and 5 year fixed rates from 2.28%
• 75% LTV Fee Offer BTL 2 and 5 year fixed rates from 2.79%
• 85% LTV Professional 5 Year Fixed Rate at 3.09%

Please note, the following rates will be increased at 8pm today:
• 85% LTV Newly Qualified Professional 5 Year Fixed Rate will increase to 3.29%
• 90% LTV Newly Qualified Professional 5 Year Fixed Rate, currently available to existing customers, will increase to 3.34%
• 85% and 90% LTV Professional 5 year fixed rates, currently available to existing customers, will now start from 3.09%
