New product codes issued for all products and end dates remain end of April. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

Mainstream

  • 5 year fixed rate products at 60% to 75% LTV with £0 fee re-introduced
  • 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate products at 60% to 75% LTV with £999 fee re-introduced
  • 2 year fixed rate products at 60% to 85% LTV increased by up to 0.27%
  • Selected 2 year fixed rate products at 90% LTV increased by up to 0.03%
  • Selected 2 year fixed rate products at 90% and 95% LTV reduced by up to 0.17%
  • 3 and 5 year fixed rate products at 60% to 75% LTV increased by up to 0.22%
  • Selected 3 and 5 year fixed rate products at 80% and 85% LTV increased by up to 0.10%
  • Selected 3 and 5 year fixed rate products at 80% to 90% LTV reduced by up to 0.25%
  • 5 year fixed rate products at 60% to 85% LTV with £1999 fee increased by up to 0.20%
  • 5 year fixed rate product at 90% LTV with £1999 fee reduced by 0.02%

Professional Mortgage

  • Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate products increased by up to 0.21%
  • Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate products reduced by up to 0.25%

Buy to Let

  • 2 and 5 year fixed rate products increased by 0.16%
  • 2 year fixed rate Premier products increased by 0.16%

Help to Buy

  • 2 and 5 year fixed rate products increased by up to 0.20%

  • 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate products at 60% to 80% LTV increased by up to 0.27%
  • Selected 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate products at 85% to 90% LTV increased by up to 0.21%

Buy to Let

  • 2 and 5 year fixed rate products increased by 0.16%
  • 2 year fixed rate Premier products increased by 0.16%

Help to Buy

  • 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate products increased by up to 0.20%

Pipeline deadline

Clickdecision and Illustrations:  Products will be withdrawn from our website and all sourcing systems at 5pm on Wednesday 12 January 2022.

Applications must be received at Platform by 5pm on 12 January.  Applications must have a click decision. All applications must be accompanied by all items on our shopping list.

New products will be available from 9am Thursday 13 January 2022.
