A new filter for contract workers has been added to MortgageBrain Classic and will be added to MortgageBrain Anywhere shortly. For MortgageBrain Classic, the filter ‘Contractor’ can be found in the Attributes section of the Product Filters tab, as shown below. For MortgageBrain Anywhere it will be included on the Filters tile.
This allows filtering to be carried out on lenders that will accept contract workers. The filter works in the same way as the other dynamic filters – by checking the box, this will only source on lenders who will accept contractors.
