To enable us to continue to provide the highest level of telephone and administrative support to you, we’ve taken the decision to reduce the operating hours of our contact centres.
From the 20 April, we’ll be available to take your call from 9am – 5pm.
Supporting you and your clients will continue to be our priority at Coventry for intermediaries, and we aim to provide you with the same service levels as before. To do this, we’ve evolved the way we work by enabling many of our contact centre staff to answer your calls securely from their own homes.
For us it’s really important that in these difficult times you can continue to talk us so that we can offer you the very best support.
