Coventry for intermediaries has introduced new rates across their owner-occupied range. Product transfer and Further Advance clients will have fee and fee free options between 65%-85% LTV. New 2 year Tracker rates will also be available at 65% and 85% LTV.
A 5 year fee free first time buyer rate is also available at 90% LTV, with £500 cashback. They have also launched new 2 and 5 year Offset fixed rates at 65% and 85% LTV.

- BBR Tracker +0.79% to 31.10.24 with no ERCs, £999 product fee (Available for all borrowers)
- 24% 5 Year Fixed to 31.10.27 with ERCs until 31.10.27 90% LTV with no product fee, £500 cashback. (Available for first time buyers Only)
