We’ve made our application process more efficient

Based on your feedback, we’ve simplified our application process, meaning you’ll no longer need to collect and return your clients’ signed Declaration and Direct Debit mandate form.

Now all you need to do is:

  • Go through the Declaration with your client, either over the phone or face-to-face
  • Tick the box on the application form to confirm their agreement
  • Submit the application to us online

We’ll send a copy of the Declaration and Direct Debit Guarantee to your client for their records.
