Esbs is currently experiencing unprecedented levels of new mortgage applications and, as a consequence, processing service standards have been heavily impacted.
To address this, regretfully, we are having to temporarily restrict new mortgage applications by making the following changes with immediate effect:
- Our First Time Buyer Product, number 259 has been withdrawn;
- We will only be accepting applications for remortgaging purposes.
