Foundation Home Loans, the home of specialist lending, has announced two new fixed rates up to 80% LTV, for individuals as well as limited companies, available from Thursday 30th July,

These products are available to clients who just miss out on mainstream credit scores:

  • A new 2 Year BTL fixed rate of 4.29% with a 2% fee up to 80% LTV
  • A new 5 Year BTL fixed rate of 4.79% with a 2% fee up to 80% LTV

All BTL products have a generous ICR calculation of only 125% for Limited Companies and basic rate tax payers, calculated at pay rate with a 5 year fix or the notional rate of 5.5% for shorter rates.

A range of ERC-free discount rates are also available from this date for HMOs up to 75% LTV.
