We have been making changes to our buy to let range recently.

With so much activity in the market, we know it is tricky for you to stay up to date with all the latest. So, I thought I would provide a summary of recent changes:

  • ICRs for limited company and basic rate tax payers is now @125% – and this applies to all applicable property types
  • HMOs are available to 75% LTV
  • Short term let products are once again available
  • Large loan product is back (max loan £2m)
  • We have 2 year discounted rates with no ERCs
  • Clients can have a 5 year fixed rate on a standard BTL property at just 3.59% (up to 75% LTV)
  • For HMOs, a 5 year fixed rate is currently 4.64% (up to 75% LTV)
  • And all loans revert to BBR
