On the morning of Thursday 24th February Foundation Home Loans will launch its Ex-Pat product range.

  • 18 Ex-pat products are being launched (9 Individual BTL & 9 Limited Company)
  • Available only to Ex-Pats
  • Not considered where the applicant is residing in Australia or where the applicant is residing outside one of the top 60 corruption perception index countries.  Please check the transparency International Index on https://www.transparency.org/en/cpi
  • Individual applications where the Ex-Pat resides in the EU/EEA/Switzerland can be accepted but only if the offer documentation can be signed/executed in the UK, either by the applicant or someone with Power of Attorney to act for the applicant
  • For joint applicants, at-least one applicant must be an Ex-pat
