As a result of increased demand for specialist 2-year fixed rates, Foundation is improving its buy to let mortgage range for individuals and limited companies from Thursday 23^rd July.

Key changes:

• Reduction of up to 20 bps on selected fixed rates up to 75%
• Introduction of 2 year fixed rates with a flat £1,995 fee up to 75% LTV
