From Ipswich to Suffolk: launching 9 November.

Suffolk Building Society is the new name for Ipswich Building Society.

New name, new look, the same dedication to broker partners.

On Tuesday 9 November Ipswich Building Society will become Suffolk Building Society. We’re still the same team behind the scenes, so whilst we may look a little different you’ll still be talking to our dedicated BDMs and support team.

So why are things changing?  We recognise that our brokers and your clients are wider than Ipswich, but still wanted to retain a geographic connection to the place we call home – we’ll continue to lend throughout England and Wales. Alongside our name change we’re also changing our logo and brand style, bringing you an improved visual identity – including a new intermediary website.

It’s a name change but not a change in company or entity, so existing cases and clients will remain unaffected and its very much business as usual. Once our name has changed our website and email addresses will automatically forward to our new details, so you’ll still be able to find us!
