We’ve made the following changes to our product range:

First time buyer and Homemover including New Build and Affordable Housing – Shared Equity/Shared Ownership

  • Selected rate reductions of up to 0.12% on 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate 80-85% loan to value (LTV) products;
  • Selected rate reductions of up to 0.35% on 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate 85-90% LTV products
