We’ve made the following changes to our product range:

First time buyer and Homemover including New Build and Affordable Housing – Shared Equity/Shared Ownership

  • Selected rate reductions of up to 0.25% on 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate 60-75% loan to value (LTV) products
  • Selected rate reductions of up to 0.20% on 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate 75-80% LTV products
  • Selected rate reductions of up to 0.14% on 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate 80-85% LTV products
