We’ve made the following changes to our product range:

Product transfer (PT) and further advance (FA) products

  • Selected rate increases across our 2, 3 and 5 year PT and FA products;
  • Introductions of new LTV ranges;
    • 75-85%, to be split into 75-80% and 80-85%;
    • No fee products 85-95%, to be split into 85-90% and 90-95.
