The Completion section of our Application Dashboard is live meaning you can now track progress online on all applications through the full journey from new application to mortgage completion.

Select the Completion section of the Dashboard to show live updates on whether the conveyancer has requested funds, the planned date of completion and confirmation of the loan amount to be released.

If you have not yet used the Dashboard simply sign-in to Halifax Intermediaries Online, select an application from ‘My Applications’ on the Home page and on the first Application Summary screen click the ‘Dashboard’ tab on the right.

We hope our Application Dashboard will provide you all the case tracking information you require instantly, reducing how often you need to contact us.
