I have detailed below, just some of the valued benefits that your clients could receive as part of our standalone EAPs.
We offer 24 hour telephone support for employees and dependants covering matters like Legal, Counselling, Financial, and information services, however we also offer all the extra benefits below:-

- Medical line –for general medical advice.
- Manager consultation – coaching for staff with people responsibilities, which should help them manage their teams more effectively therefore improving employee performance and engagement.
- Critical incident advice – telephonic guidance for clients in the unfortunate event of a critical incident within the workplace. Onsite Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Active Care – Day one intervention for Stress (please see details attached and below)
Active Care – Day 1 Intervention (Day 1 that the employer is aware of the Mental Health related absence) For Stress Related Absence via Health Assured has a significant impact on productivity. 94.7% of employees return to work within 14 days following our intervention (which on average occurs 7 days following the start of the absence episode). This is compared to the undernoted statistics, covering data recorded over a 10 year period by a major IP provider.
As you can see from the above table, when an episode of stress related absence receives intervention at week four, the average length of the period is 24.3 weeks. This contrasts with the Health Assured approach whereby intervention occurs typically at day seven and clients a return to work within a further 14 days. It is this level of pro-activity which significantly reduces costs for the client, prevent litigation and delivers superior levels of support for the employee.
