Introducing Thrive – our new mental health app
Helping to prevent, detect and manage common mental health conditions, the clinically-proven app features eight specially designed areas for users to delve into, to help track and improve their mental wellbeing. From monitoring their mood throughout the day, to designing their very own peaceful ‘zen garden’ or using the ‘word wise’ tool to practise mindfulness, employees can truly take back control of their mental wellbeing and identify any problems before they progress.
