We’d like to let you know about some changes to our 95% LTV residential products. On 26 May, we withdrew two fixed rate products and re-launched them at market leading rates to increase affordability for your clients.
The changes are as follows:
- 2 Year Fixed – previously 3.69%, now 3.39%
- 5 Year Fixed – previously 3.89%, now 3.69%
We’re pleased to say that our 5 Year Fixed product is now priced at the lowest rate available in this sector that doesn’t require family assistance, and has received an Outstanding Product Rating from Moneyfacts.
