Our most recent change, we now offer capital repayment as well as interest only for new customers wishing to take out a 50+ or Holiday Let mortgage. Why the change? We believe in giving your clients added security and the comfort of reducing their loan during the mortgage journey – knowing that the mortgaged property will be theirs with the debt fully repaid by the end of the term.

Capital repayment provides security for those looking for the peace of mind and sanctuary of a repayment loan. For Holiday Let customers, the repayment feature means your client is able to repay the mortgage throughout the term and ultimately own an unencumbered property to enjoy in later years or to pass ono loved ones: why not benefit from having a mortgage free property in 25 years?

Like you, we understand that the needs and objectives of every client are different and the solutions available need to reflect and represent these differences.  You asked and we listened, choice is paramount, we still offer interest only lending but we also now include the option of capital repayment. Giving your clients more choice whilst embracing the different situation’s they face.

Our flexible approach also offers customers the ability to overpay by 10% per year, useful for customers wishing to reduce the capital element of their mortgage as well as our early repayment promise, allowing customers the ability to sell up and repay in full without early repayment charges.
