Santander are delighted to tell you that we’ll be launching the payment of a 0.20% procuration fee on residential and Buy to Let retention business submitted via our existing Online Mortgage Transfer Service that then goes onto complete. We’re implementing this change on a phased basis. The phased roll-out will start from 1 March and will be fully rolled out to all intermediaries by 1 July.
