Flexible BTL criteria

Much of our BTL criteria is flexible. The rental income coverage requirement is only 135% when calculating the monthly payment at the product pay rate. Refer all cases in advance by telephone for a full assessment.

Individual underwriting with no automated decisions

Many areas of our lending policy are flexible for otherwise good quality applications. We do not use credit scoring systems and all decisions are taken manually.

Easy access to discuss new applications
